Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through Invokati at invokati.com, operated by Digital Decibels, LLC. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Subscription Model

Invokati offers software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All subscriptions are prepaid — you pay for access to the Service at the start of each billing cycle. Access to paid features is granted immediately upon successful payment.

2. No Automatic Refunds

Because Invokati is a digital service with immediate access upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing periods. When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • You will not receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.

3. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Granted

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the following situations:

a. 7-Day New Subscriber Guarantee

If you are a new paid subscriber and request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund of that payment. This guarantee applies to the first payment only and may not be combined with any promotional credits or trial extensions.

b. Service Outage or Critical Failure

If the Service is unavailable or materially non-functional for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours due to issues within our control, you may request a prorated credit or refund for that period. Credits will be applied to your next billing cycle; refunds will be considered only if you cancel during or immediately following the affected period.

c. Accidental Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a billing system error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

d. Annual Plan Cancellation (Early)

If you purchase an annual plan and request cancellation within the first 30 days, you may request a prorated refund for the unused months. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but your access continues until the end of the annual period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@invokati.com with the following information:

  • Your registered account email address.
  • The date and amount of the charge in question.
  • A brief description of the reason for your request.

We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal accessible from your account settings at /plan. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not trigger an automatic refund of the current period.

We do not charge cancellation fees.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account will be suspended pending investigation. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are not warranted. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback may result in permanent account termination.

7. Free Plans and Beta Access

Free plan users are not charged and are not eligible for refunds. Features provided during any designated beta period are offered at no charge and are not subject to this Refund Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to your registered account address with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
